What do I do if I have a complaint about the provision for my child?

 

If you want to complain about our school’s SEN support, you should do so whilst your child is registered with us.  This includes complaints that school has not provided support required by your child’s Education Health Care Plan.

In the first instance, please contact the class teacher. If your complaint is not resolved, you should then speak to the SENDCo, Mrs Sarah Manson about your complaint. If you do not feel your complaint has been resolved, you should follow our school’s complaints procedure which is to contact the headteacher.

In the unlikely event your complaint remains unresolved, you should write to the Chair of Governors as detailed in the policy found in the Information tab in the Policies section.
