School Meals

At Broadoak we encourage children to enjoy a healthy school lunch and, in line with current government policy, all children in Reception and KS1 are entitled to a Universal Infant Free School Meal.

Due to Nursery being non statutory, Nursery children can enjoy a healthy lunch at the cost of £2.10 per day. This is collected in advance via our on-line payment system, ParentPay. The lunchtime session will be used as a social opportunity for our nursery children, developing basic skills in line with the Early Years curriculum.

Children in Years 3 -6 who choose a school lunch will also need to pay £2.10 per day. Again, a balance should be maintained via ParentPay.

Older children may also be entitled to a free school meal. Parents/ Carers need to apply for this via the local council - click here for further information.
